Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Christina Hendricks was spotted at the premiere screening of “All-Star Superman” last night (February 14).

The “Mad Men” babe looked lovely as she arrived at the Paley Center for Media in New York City.

Earlier in the day, Christina Hendricks took in some of the sights of Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Fall 2011.


She topped by the Carolina Herrera Fall 2011 runway show at the Theatre at Lincoln Center, looking fine in a black and violet dress with black peep-toe heels.

Closing out the week with a promotional appearance, Christina Hendricks was looking her usual fabulous self in New York City on Friday (January 28).

Taking to the 650 Fifth Avenue locale, the "Mad Men" beauty donned a cute black frock as she attended the opening of the Godiva Pop-Up Boutique.

Aside from her Godiva efforts, Miss Hendricks is gearing up to join her "Mad Men" co-stars at Sunday night's SAG Awards in Los Angeles.


Airing live at 8PM on TNT/TBS, the AMC show is up for Best Ensemble while both Jon Hamm and Elisabeth Moss are looking to take home individual honors.

Christina Hendricks Shares Role Model Story in Harper’s Bazaar

On her curves, and being a curvy role model: “When the attention started to be about my figure, I was surprised, because it wasn’t something I was focused on. And then it became very positive, and people were saying very nice things.” During Mad Men’s first season, she and Arend were at dinner when a fan approached her and said, “‘Excuse me, I just want to tell you that I watch your show, and you make me feel better about myself. I am a curvy woman, and you’ve made me feel sexy and beautiful.’ I got teary eyed.” Christina tears up again at the memory. “I remember Geoffrey saying, ‘That’s what you’re doing for people. That’s amazing.’ And I said, ‘I’m just trying to be a good actress and trying to tell a story, but if this is the sidebar, all this positivity, then that is awesome.’”

Girls in Black: Christina Hendricks and Mel B at Creative Arts Emmys

The 62nd Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held at The Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles yesterday and lots of celebs showed off their puffy or tight dresses on the red carpet.

Here’s a pair who chose black: Christina Hendricks (35) in a gown that accentuates her waist and Melanie Brown (35) in a figure-hugging leather ensemble.

Christina Hendricks: Looks Sexy in GQ UK

Christina Hendricks, the busty actress is on the cover of GQ Magazine September 2010 issue, where she has shot for the exclusive sexy lingerie. Christina has also given an interview to the magazine where she talked about what bothers her on set, lipstick test, fan reactions and much more.
Here are some of the highlights from the magazine:

What’s more unpleasant on set – being in incredibly tight clothing or smoking fake herbal cigarettes?

I adore the incredibly tight clothing! My own wardobe’s changed – I’ve streamlined a little bit and definitely learnt from Joan’s sleekiness and tailoring. As for the herbal cigarettes, for the most part I don’t smoke as much as the guys do. I’m usually just strutting around a bit more so I don’t actually have to be inhaling it. I’m lucky because I do have scenes where the cigarettes work beautifully to punctuate certain things I’m saying.


Obviously one of our all-time favourite scenes is the lipstick test in the two-way mirror in season one…

That scene is perfect for Joan. She’s controlling the women – she has more knowledge than them – and she’s also manipulating the men at the same time. I lean over and I quite simply show my ass to the men. When I read it I just thought it was so fabulous. I just thought, “How strong and amazing is this woman?”

Have you had any strange fan reactions?

It seems like a very masculine show but there are women who are absolutely obsessed by it. I had a girl last year who wrote me a very long letter about how she related to my character the most and how wonderful it was because she was having an affair with her boss at work. It was at that point I said, “It’s not my place to give any advice on this one!”

Does it feel good to be a pinup?

Well, I’m thrilled. I’d love to be thought of as that…   (showstalker.net)
